Dear Scout,
My son, Todd Worley, recently purchased a 240 Bay Scout and invited me to go red fishing with him and Madi, my 13 year old granddaughter. We were fishing just out of Galveston Bay, near the end of the North jetty. The water was choppy but the Scout gave us a comfortable and safe ride. Just as I was putting out the anchor, Madi had a strike and was battling a large fish! After over a half hour she was able to get the fish to the surface and we netted her first Bull Red, right at 36 inches!! We also caught another nice red fish and a couple of sand trout. The youngest caught the largest fish, and the oldest caught the smallest. Thanks Scout, for helping us spend quality family time together!
