My father, Ed, just purchased a 235 sportfish from Eddie’s Marine Service in Lawrence N.Y last summer. My father, being a diesel mechanic, has worked on all different types of models so he knows his boats. He is very picky and has a lot of knowledge of what a top notch boat should be. After my father did all his researching on 23 to 26-foot center console fishing boats, he found that Scout Boats was what he was looking for. Between style, workmanship, dependability and fishability this boat is the best center console boat we have ever seen, so my father purchased it and we love it. I have put over 50 hours on the boat in a one-month period and have never experienced boating like this before. The performance is outstanding. I took her offshore in about a 5-foot chop and it was no match for this boat. It’s an amazing boat. My father recently found out that he has lukemia, but tells me that he can’t wait to use the boat this coming season more after his treatment. This Scout boat is very inportant to my family, and it keeps my father going and helps him in the fight of his life. I am very confident that my father will be getting alot of use out of it.
